Bought a Condo home in 2019 in Downtown, Atlanta, GA.

I've bought a few properties in the past, but this transaction was the first time I bought a property to live in, and this was the first time I used a Realtor. Lisa Ross, in my opinion, has set the standard for what a Realtor should be and how one should conduct themselves. She was always very prompt and informative, keeping me updating on everything that was going on in our process. She is very down to Earth and easy-going. She's not one to hound you to make any decisions you aren't ready to make. She also didn't bombard and overflow my inbox with messages and potential properties. She let me set the tone, and we both stuck to it. There were times when things weren't going a way I figured they should. She took the time to understand my side bring me to a level of understanding when necessary. When closing day came, she was there to answer all my questions and address issues that came up from the seller. She is a consummate professional. I intend to make more purchases in the near future, and when I do, Lisa Ross will be the first person I call.

Lisa is an exceptional realtor. I moved from Virginia to Georgia and she was extremely helpful in helping me find a home. She helped me overcome obstacles in finding and purchasing my new home while I was still living in Virginia. She went as far using FaceTime to look at specific houses so didn't have to travel back and forth to view a listing. I would recommend her if you need an agent who works with and for you with your best interest at heart.
